"Really good sale prices"
I ordered from nashcofurniture.com because they had a really good discount going on, like good good compared to a few other places I checked. I was a little unsure at first, but the price was just better. Checkout was simple, and the sale price showed up correctly with no weird extra charges or anything. I’m happy with what I paid and would definitely check them again when they have another sale.

So... I tried ordering a chair and the checkout kept freezing on me. It finally went through after a few attempts, but I didn’t get a clear email update right away, which was kind of annoying. Overall, not the best ordering experience.

"Pretty easy to put together"
I ordered a coffee table from nashcofurniture.com, and overall, putting it together wasn’t bad at all. The instructions were clear enough. Mostly easy to follow. There was just one step that had me staring at it for a minute. Took me about 40 minutes by myself. Not perfect though, a few of the screws were kind of annoying to line up. Still happy with it, just giving it 4 stars for that

"Size was pretty much right"
I ordered a sofa from nashcofurniture.com and, the size listed was close to what actually showed up. It fit in my living room like I planned, though I did have to move my side table a bit to make it work. The measurements were easy enough to follow, so that was helpful. I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t 100% exact, but yeah, overall it was still good.
"Scheduling delivery was easy"
I ordered a dining table from nashcofurniture.com, setting up the delivery day was easier than I expected. They called ahead and gave me a time window that actually worked for my schedule, which I appreciated. The driver did show up a little later than I thought, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it went smoothly... I just wish the delivery window had been a bit more specific.

I’m really happy with my new table. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the quality is better than I expected. I think other customers looking for simple, solid furniture would be pleased with it too...

I ordered a side table from nashcofurniture.com, and overall it looked close to what was shown in the photos online.
The color was a bit warmer in person than I expected, but not in a bad way. I know lighting and screen settings can make furniture look a little different, so it wasn’t a huge issue for me.
I’m happy with the purchase and it fits well in my space. I do think a few more real-life photos on the product page would’ve been helpful, but I’d still say it was a good buy

"I had to exchange a chair..."
I had to exchange a chair because the color looked way different once it was in my room. Nashco Furniture took a little while to get back to me, so whoever runs this side of things could definitely be quicker with replies. But once they finally responded, the process was simple. They arranged the pickup, and the replacement chair showed up without any issues. Not a perfect experience, but overall the service was good.

I had a problem at first and it took a little while to get sorted out, but they did fix it in the end. I’ve had similar issues with other companies before where nothing really got resolved, so I appreciated that they actually followed through.

I’m thrilled with my new couch. It’s comfortable, looks great in my living room, and I’m completely convinced I made the right choice.

They did end up helping me with my warranty claim, so I’ll give them that. But the replies took a while, and I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. not terrible, just slower than I expected.

"Order went through, but the lack of updates made me uneasy"
I got the order confirmation quickly, so at first I figured everything was probably on track. But once that initial email came in, there really wasn’t much follow-up, which made me a bit nervous since furniture orders aren’t exactly small purchases.
I kept having to check on the status myself, and the delivery timing still wasn’t very clear. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but the answers were vague, so I didn’t feel totally reassured. My furniture is still pending, so for a first order, it hasn’t given me a lot of confidence yet.

I ordered a coffee table from nashcofurniture.com it looks really good in my living room. Delivery showed up on time, the price felt fair, and for a minute I thought I had beaten the furniture-shopping system somehow.
The only weird thing is one corner was chipped when I opened the box. Not a disaster, but come on, it’s brand new, so of course my brain immediately wondered what happened in transit and who’s covering for who. I contacted them and they replied quickly, so I’m giving 4 stars.

"Loved being able to customize it"
I went with Nashco Furniture because I didn’t want something straight off the standard menu, if that makes sense. I needed a certain size and fabric, and it was easy to choose what I wanted. Picking the color took me a bit because I wanted it to match my room, but I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely order from them again.
"Staff wasn’t really helpful"
The staff didn’t seem to know much and barely helped us out. We were kinda left figuring things out on our own, which was frustrating.

"Check the box before you accept it"
The furniture itself turned out okay, but the packaging was in rough shape when it arrived. The box was beat up and one corner was already half open, which made me nervous. Luckily, there wasn’t any major damage, just a small scuff, but it easily could’ve been worse. Delivery was fine overall, but I’d definitely warn others to inspect the package carefully when it shows up because the packaging needs a lot more care
"Not much to choose from"
I went on nashcofurniture.com looking for a new couch, but the options were underwhelming. Most of the couches looked way too similar, and there weren’t many colors or styles to pick from. I don’t know if they just haven’t updated their selection or what, but it made shopping there kind of frustrating. I ended up giving up and checking other stores instead.

I got a sofa from NashCo Furniture and, to be fair, it does look nice in the room. But actually sitting on it has been disappointing. The cushions are way firmer than I expected, and after a while my back starts bothering me. I reached out hoping there might be some option to help, but it felt like everything came back to their policy, which was frustrating because it didn’t really solve the problem. Delivery was fine, but overall I just wish the sofa was more comfortable to use every day.
